原则上可以把桂圆,红枣,枸杞,玫瑰花泡茶喝,但是不建议这么做,原因如下:
首先从营养价值来说不太合适
桂圆,红枣,枸杞都是很干很硬的产品,相当于干果之类的东西,泡茶的话需要沸水冲泡,尤其是桂圆需要浸泡时间比较长,这样才能把它们营养物质浸泡出来。
玫瑰花则需要使用85度到90度的热水冲泡,冲泡时间一般不超过5分钟,如果和桂圆,红枣,枸杞一块用沸水冲泡,再浸泡很长时间玫瑰花茶的营养物质基本上被破坏了,起不到玫瑰花茶的作用。
其次从泡茶口感香味方面来说也是不合适的
红枣,桂圆都是甜味的,玫瑰花是香微甜,但桂圆红枣需要高温的沸水,长时间浸泡,玫瑰花茶这么高的水温与长时间浸泡下口感会变得很涩,香味丧失,严重影响喝茶人的口感。
再次从花茶性味来说也是不是很合适的!
桂圆属于温性,红枣也是温性,枸杞也是温性,玫瑰也是温性,这么多温性的东西泡在一起有点过了,属于补的多了,这么喝下去有可能会引起上火,内火旺,尤其是本身就有点上火的人来说更属于火上浇油了,对身体没有好处相反还有坏处!
