看来瑞星只有提示没有处理的能力了。首先解决hosts问题。你可以把以下内容覆盖到hosts文件里（路径：C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts)

那些内容是正常hosts里的内容的。看看覆盖后效果怎样。
个人认为瑞星很菜，用国产软件的话不如用微点，比瑞星好多了。

hosts文件可以帮助你过滤一些有害网站，是有用的，但根据你的描述很可能是中病毒了，看看请求修改hosts文件的进程，有问题的话杀毒。

用卡卡清除恢复一下，要用高级里得lsp修复
从别的正常的xp机子上把hosts拷过来试试
